Refund Policy

At Webbyvivek, we strive to deliver exceptional web development and design services tailored to meet your unique needs. We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Refund Terms

Refunds will only be considered in the following scenarios:

  • If the project has not yet commenced.
  • If the services delivered do not align with the agreed-upon scope of work, as outlined in the project agreement.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to vivek@virtualcode.co within 7 days of the issue arising.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work has already been completed and delivered.
  • The client has approved the work or a milestone.
  • Delays caused by incomplete or delayed inputs from the client.
  • Changes in project scope after the agreement is signed.
  • Cancellation of the project by the client after work has commenced.

3. Upfront Payments

Upfront payments made to initiate a project are non-refundable, as they cover initial planning, consultation, and resource allocation.

4. Milestone-Based Refunds

For projects divided into milestones:

  • Refunds will only apply to milestones that have not yet been started.
  • Completed milestones are non-refundable.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if the client decides to terminate the project midway and work on certain milestones has been completed. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

6. Force Majeure

Refunds will not be provided for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.

7. Third-Party Costs

Costs incurred for third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain registration, software licenses) are non-refundable, as these are managed by external providers.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to reach out to us at vivek@virtualcode.co to resolve the issue. We value open communication and will make every effort to address your concerns before considering a refund.

9. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
